Cancellations
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. This allows us enough time to fill your reserved appointment.
To avoid a cancellation fee we require 48 hours notice to cancel or change any appointments. Cancellations within this time will be charged 50% of services booked.
Please understand that we are compensated solely per service basis. This is why we enforce our 48 hour cancellation policy. With availability being limited, this policy supports the sustainability of our small business.
Booking
Booking with MODÛA STUDIO requires a credit card to reserve an appointment.
An email and text reminder will be sent 3 days prior to your appointment time. You will be asked to CONFIRM your appointment by clicking the link sent to you.
If you need to change or cancel at this time please do so by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation text or email, by emailing moduastudio@gmail.com, or calling us at 914.874.9759.
Pricing
As professionals we maintain a high standard of continued education across the board to ensure services surpass our guests expectations.
Services/Pricing page reflects the STARTING prices for each service.
The same amount of color or lightener is mixed for EVERY client. If more color is necessary, you will be charged for additional bowls of color. This covers extra product cost.
Refunds
We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your service, please notify MODÛA STUDIO within ONE week of your appointment.
